We are incredibly proud to be celebrating an important 10 year milestone at TalentYard this week.
With hard work and dedication we have built wonderful relationships with our clients, candidates and suppliers. It has been incredibly fulfilling to follow our clients’ journeys growing successful businesses as well as our candidates progressing into their careers and taking on inspiring roles.
The last 10 years have certainly not been plain sailing between the pandemic, the cost of living crisis, the increase in National Insurance and a tough job market. We have had to expand our areas of speciality and introduce our HR and Coaching services. We also opened an office in Manchester which was a very exciting chapter at TalentYard and are now planning the next few years still focused on offering the best service possible to our clients and candidates, and nurturing these special relationships we have made in the last decade.
